Structure Features:

1. Feeding unit

Ø Servo Pressure free feeding, front and back vacuum box adopts inverter control.

Ø Main touch screen function: Auto correction the plate, order storage, display speed, quantity, Auto return Zero function.

2. printing unit

Ø Vacuum transfer with ceramic wheel, stable transport corrugated board, Vacuum inverter adjust.

Ø Ratchet fixed type plate roller, 360^o adjusting plate position, fast correction plate position, full hanging plate groove, foot-switch control install or unload the plate, plate roller electric traverse.

Ø Anilox roller pneumatic up and down, when feeding start, Anilox roller come down touch plate, when feeding stop, Anilox roller separating with plate roller, Anilox roller auto wash, electric ink distribution. Two-way ink pump

Ø Printing phase adopts PLC control 360^o adjust, after washing plate, auto memory function.

3. Computer slotting unit:

Ø All size of carton, height of carton and phase all adjustment by computerized, touch screen, save time, save labor, can storage 999 orders;

Ø Motorize pressure adjusting;

Ø Creasing adopts 3 shaft design, include big wheel creasing, creasing line clear and perfect, Will not crush cardboard.

Ø Slotting knife pedestal, creasing wheel and trimming knife moving adopts high precision Ball screws and linear guides, high precision positioning;

Ø The elastic corner cutting knife structure can cut three-layer and five-layer cardboard without adjustment.

Ø Slotting knife adopts alloy steel.
