Structure Features:
1. paper receipt
Ø According to the thickness of the cardboard, the paper inlet is equipped with an Electric fine-tuning device to ensure that the cardboard coming out of the printing press can fit perfectly into the folding beam.
2. gluing unit
Ø An independent motor drives the gluing part, and a reducer motor controls the gluing position.
3. Folding unit
Ø The folding unit is driven by a variable frequency motor with variable frequency speed regulation.
Ø The left and right movement of the folding beam is controlled by two Servo motors.
Ø The middle is equipped with a shaping wheel for more accurate folding.
Ø The gantry structure improves the stability of the machine operation.
Ø Down folding belt driving by independent servo motor.
4. counting ejection unit
Ø The counting ejection unit is driven by variable frequency motor, which has variable frequency speed regulation and is synchronized with the folding unit.
Ø Receiving paper adopts top drop model, then second time counting deisng, Counting is accurate and fast.
Ø Servo motor drive carton size adjustment.
