Vacuum Feeding unit

(1) Vacuum suction feeding for easy to feeding Curved corrugated board; the quantity of the wind adjustable; thick wall board of feeding parts;

(2) High quality Electromagnetic clutch, insure the feeder section can independent control, easy operation and reliable;

(3) Left side baffle adjusting by motorized,high precision screw transmission, equipped with position limited device; right baffle according board size manual adjusting; front baffle adjusting by hand wheel according the corrugated board thickness, back baffle with wheels according corrugated board length adjusting; all baffles adopts stainless or hard chrome plated parts;

(4) Equipped with top pre-creasing wheel for rectify the creasing, bottom roller covered with soft rubber for protect the corrugated board strength;

(5) Equipped with independent button control on feeding unit;

Gluing and folding unit

(6) Gluing parts attach with feeding unit, gluing head position automatically adjusting, from touch screen setting and from Remote controller can be micro adjusting; gluing tank adopts stainless material, easy clean, glue head adopts alloy steel material, long working life;

(7) Folding belts driving by frequency motor, speed by inverter control, synchronous with stitching unit speed and counting ejecting unit speed; Folding belts adopt Wear-resistant rubber belt, long working time;

(8) Folding parts bottom support adopts thick tube as main beams, joint with thick middle tube as cross shape, insure machine running steady; top main beams adopts thick steel board welding, steady and wearable; folding angle parts adopts polymer plastic block, not broken the corrugated board surface, all supports are chrome plated.

(9) Folding position automatically adjusting, driving by high quality reducer, from touch screen setting and from Remote controller can be micro adjusting; equipped with position limited device;

(10) Independent electric control box put on the end of   folding gluing unit;

Stitching unit

(11) High Quality Double servo drive and control system, feeding and stitching head all adopt servo control; Quick response and precise positioning;

(12) Thick wall steel plate structure, when we click gluing model, whole stitching parts will be lifting to right position, glued corrugated board will smooth pass this parts, enter into counting ejecting unit; when click stitching model, whole stitching parts will be lowering to right position, for stitching work; Equipped with anti-fall device; top layer and bottom layer belt independent motor driving;

(13) Stitching head adopts Taiwan technology, high strength and long working life; bottom die and wire cutting blade material adopts Japan imported tungsten steel, high strength and wearable; equipped with independent motor driving to control the thickness micro adjusting;

(14) Stitching machine transmission adopts timing belt, high precision;

(15) Order Setting from HMI (touch screen) automatically; lifting control from touch screen automatically and also can be use press button control;

(16) Equipped synchronous inverter to control the speed same with folding gluing parts;
