Structure Features

1. Vibrator

The front end of the waste cleaning machine is equipped with a medium-pressure fan, which can make the cardboard close to the conveyor belt and run smoothly while cleaning the waste.

The main waste cleaning mechanism is composed of a double-oscillation waste cleaning mechanical structure. Each oscillation waste cleaning structure is driven by an independent motor, and a better waste cleaning effect can be achieved through different degrees of shaking frequency.

The rear end is equipped with a cylindrical fan and a brush setting, which makes it easier for the shaken cardboard waste to fall, achieving the best waste cleaning effect.

The sloped flat belt on both sides below the waste cleaning part and the waste paper guide plate at the rear end of the waste cleaning can easily cooperate with the waste paper output belt to completely output the waste paper and reduce the cleaning work of the waste paper.

2. Counting hydraulic stacker   

The platform adopts a new aluminum profile structure to reduce the weight of the machine, facilitate adjustment, and can adapt to various production needs.

The double-chain hydraulic system controls the lifting and lowering of the platform, with reliable structure and safe operation.

The rear end of the platform is equipped with a pressure bar to press the paper, so that the cardboard falls horizontally.

The transmission at both ends is controlled by independent motors.

The suction structure is used for transportation, so that the cardboard can still be transported smoothly during high-speed operation.

Counting and stacking rack can be set to automatically count and pile the cartons according to any number in 10-50 without stopping the machine. The counting is accurate and the operation is easy
