Structure Features

1.Receive paper arm

Ø Can chose manual type or automatic type, Receive paper transmission belt, independent adjusting tension, not be subject to the equal length belts of limit.

2.Vibrating device

Ø adopts eplastic material vibrating the scraps of corrugated board

Ø equipped with high pressure blower let the scraps drop down;

3.Electric stacker

Ø Receiver worktable go up and down adopts Strong Force chain transmission, Stacking height: 1600mm

Ø Transmission motors attach brake function, make the worktable on the fixed position, and will not glide.

Ø Add assembly heavy iron device, make the worktable under control, and ensure the safety of workers.

Ø Flat wrinkle climbing belt, for prevent cardboard sliding.

Ø Receive paper baffle Pneumatic receive paper baffle, when the cardboard stacking to presupposed height, the pallet will reach out automatically, then receive the cardboard. Back baffle position adopt manually adjustment.
