Structure Features
1. Vibrator
Ø The shaking shaft drive is controlled by an independent motor, which can be controlled separately, and the speed is easy to adjust to ensure the shaking stroke.
Ø The front end of the waste cleaning machine is equipped with a medium-pressure fan, which can make the cardboard close to the conveyor belt and run smoothly while cleaning the waste.
Ø The main waste cleaning mechanism is composed of a double-oscillation waste cleaning mechanical structure. Each oscillation waste cleaning structure is driven by an independent motor, and a better waste cleaning effect can be achieved through different degrees of shaking frequency.
2. Hydraulic stacker
Ø The paper receiving part is equipped with a pressure bar and a medium-pressure fan, so that the cardboard can enter the main drive shaft of the waste cleaning smoothly and flatly. The paper receiving platform adopts pneumatic lifting.
Ø The platform adopts a new aluminum profile structure to reduce the weight of the machine, facilitate adjustment, and can adapt to various production needs.
Ø The hydraulic system controls the lifting and lowering of the platform, with a reliable structure and safe operation.
Ø The rear end of the platform is equipped with a pressure bar to press the paper, so that the cardboard falls horizontally.
Ø The gantry structure ensures the stable operation of the stacking machine.
