Structure Features:

1. Feeding unit

Ø Lead edge feeding, front and back two group feeding roller;

Ø Main machine inverter control, main motor start protection device.

Ø Electric separation, pneumatic locking up, when moving with alarming, with Friction clutch, each unit with Emergency stop switch.

Ø Left baffle adopt motorized adjusting, front baffle synchronous adjusting by hand wheel.

Ø Equipped with brush, improve printing quality.   

Ø Main touch screen function: order storage, display speed, quantity.


2. printing unit

Ø Roll transfer the corrugated board.

Ø Ratchet fixed type plate roller, 360o adjusting plate position, fast correction plate position, full hanging plate groove, foot-switch control install or unload the plate, plate roller electric traverse.

Ø Anilox roller pneumatic up and down, when feeding start, Anilox roller come down touch plate, when feeding stop, Anilox roller separating with plate roller, Anilox roller auto wash, electric ink distribution. Two-way ink pump

Ø Printing phase adopts phase controller 360o adjust.

Ø Air cylinder locking position ,one way ink pump.


3. Electric / manual slotting unit:

Ø All size of carton, height of carton and phase all adjustment by motorized or manual , with ruler indication the position.

Ø hand wheel pressure adjusting;

Ø Creasing adopts one shaft design;

Ø Slotting knife pedestal, creasing wheel and trimming knife moving on linear guige device.

Ø The elastic corner cutting knife structure can cut three-layer and five-layer cardboard without adjustment.

Ø Slotting knife adopts alloy steel.

Ø Planetary gear structure, electric digital 360° adjustment of die-cutting phase (adjustable during operation and stop), electric adjustment of lateral position, adjustment distance ±7mm.   

Ø creasing, slotting knife computer synchronization adjustment by wrench.


4. Option: Die cutting (computer slotting) Combine unit

Ø manual slotting attachment structure

Ø Die roll and Anvil cover roller thick wall seamless tube material, high-speed dynamic balance correction, increase operation stability, surface high-frequency quenching, grinding, hard chromium plating.

Ø manual adjustment of the gap between the die-cutting rollers, imported original anvil cover, mechanical lateral ±30mm travel device.

Ø Planetary gear structure, electric digital 360° adjustment of die-cutting phase (adjustable during operation and stop), electric adjustment of lateral position, adjustment distance ±7mm.   

Ø creasing, slotting knife seperately adjustment.
